Clubs are requested to note that no crew or boat may be entered for more than two events and that whilst every effort will be made to accommodate competitors and coxswains doubling-up and the use of a boat by more than one crew (all to be clearly indicated on the entry form), in the event of this delaying the Regatta, crews may have to withdraw.

Safety: Crews are reminded that all coxswains must wear a lifejacket and all boats must carry the appropriate identification code.

Entries: The tide times this year will limit the Regatta to approximately 140 entries. In the event of over-subscription, preference will be given to entries which are complete and have been paid for. In the case of insufficient entries to form what it considers a viable event, the Committee reserves the right to either offer to transfer the entry to the next higher class, or cancel the event as it may decide.

ENTRIES MAY BE MADE ON-LINE OR BY POST.

OARA will be available for making entries from 21 April 2008 up to 1800 hours on Saturday, 10 May 2008. Payment cannot be made on-line, but must be sent to the address below. OARA entries should NOT be duplicated on paper. If posting entries, you are recommended to post early.Entries may also be delivered by hand to the address below up to 0900 hours on Sunday, 11 May 2008 or direct to HSBC RC between 0930 and 1030 hours on Sunday 11 May 2008 when the draw will take place at HSBC Rowing Club (telephone 020 8788 3055).

Paper entries must be made on the standard ARA entry forms and include a telephone number where an official can be contacted on Sunday, 11 May 2008. Cheques for entry fees must be made payable to PUTNEY TOWN REGATTA and sent to DR A.P.RUDDLE, 59 BERKELEY COURT, WEYBRIDGE, SURREY, KT13 9HY. Telephone 01932-220401
